Meet our CEO

Hello, my name is Rachel Robles, and I am the CEO and Founder of Art of Intelligent Minds: Psychological & Counseling Services, a nonprofit organization proudly serving the Yuma community for the past three years. I have a Bachelors degree Project Management and a Master degree in Psychology. With over 14 years of experience in the mental health field, I bring a unique perspective shaped by both clinical practice and business leadership.

Born and raised in Yuma, I have a deep-rooted love for this community and a strong commitment to its growth and well-being. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working closely with children, families, educators, and fellow professionals—experiences that revealed a critical gap in our local mental health system: access to psychological evaluations.

These evaluations are vital for families seeking services such as IEPs, 504 Plans, ABA therapy, occupational therapy, and more. Yet, too many families face barriers in obtaining timely and accurate diagnoses, which delays the support their children need.

At Art of Intelligent Minds, we are dedicated to bridging this gap by providing high-quality evaluations and mental health services that empower families to take the next step forward. Our mission is to help every individual AIM to Live Better—through compassionate care, advocacy, and support.
