Providing mental health services to American Indian members enrolled in the American Indian Health Program (AIHP) through the Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System.
Serving both AHCCCS (Medicaid) and private insurance members with accessible mental health care options.
Accepting both commercial and select behavioral health plans for individuals and families.
Offering integrated health coverage for Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System and Children’s Health Insurance Program members.
Providing mental health services to active duty, veterans, and their families through TRICARE and VA Community Care Network.

Flexible Payment Options
A sliding fee scale is available based on household income and family size. Clients may apply by completing our Sliding Fee Application and providing required income documentation. Our goal is to ensure services remain accessible to all.
We offer self-pay options for clients who choose not to use insurance. Payment is due at the time of service. Please contact us for our current rates.

At AIM, we’re actively working to join all major insurance networks. If we’re not currently in-network with your provider — good news! We may still be able to help. Our team can submit Prior Authorization requests to secure approval for the services you need.
